OmegleTube is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content displayed on this website. All video content found on this Site is embedded from or linked to third-party websites and platforms.

No Content Production

The operators of OmegleTube do not produce, film, direct, or create any of the visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that appear on this Site. As such, OmegleTube is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Third-Party Responsibility

All content is the sole responsibility of the third-party platforms from which it is embedded. These platforms are responsible for maintaining compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements, including:

• Verification that all performers depicted are at least 18 years of age.
• Maintenance of records as required by federal law.
• Designation of a Custodian of Records as required.

Our Commitment

While we are exempt from § 2257 record-keeping requirements, we remain committed to preventing the display of any content involving minors. We take the following steps:
