1. Our Policy
OmegleTube respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We will respond to valid takedown notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
2. Filing a Notice
If you believe content accessible through OmegleTube infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@omegletube.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- A URL or other specific identification of the material to be removed.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A good-faith statement that you believe use of the material is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include comparable information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of applicable federal courts.
4. Repeat Infringers
OmegleTube maintains a policy of terminating accounts or blocking sources that are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages. Please be sure before filing.
